Services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Atlassian to Business (A2B): A customizable Jira\/Confluence system with additional components hosted at DIGIT datacentre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">CITnet Service: The EC\u2019s software development lifecycle (SDLC) toolset, offering collaborative tools like SVN, Git, Jira, Fisheye, Crucible, Nexus, Bamboo, and Confluence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support and Consultancy: Provide guidance to EC development teams as needed, aligning with ITIL processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atlassian Maintenance and Configuration:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the Atlassian ecosystem, configure Confluence and Jira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate EC security (EULOGIN), manage plug-ins, handle architecture (logical and physical), perform load testing, application monitoring, and produce operational reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan for new releases and upgrades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Architecture and Implementation:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and assess technical systems, integrating tools like JMeter, Selenium, PMD, and Findbug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform code reviews using Atlassian Crucible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure LAMP platforms, administer PostgreSQL, optimize JVM, and automate infrastructure deployment with Rundeck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation and Guidelines:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft detailed technical documentation for system administrators and end-users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create guidelines for technical architecture based on EC infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Core Atlassian Expertise:<ul><li><strong>3+ years of Jira<\/strong> administration experience.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Skilled in installations, upgrades, migrations, and plugin integration for <strong>Jira<\/strong> and <strong>Confluence<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with <strong>LDAP<\/strong> authentication integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>Linux\/UNIX, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, Java\/JEE, Perl, Shell, Groovy, SVN, Nexus, Git, and Tomcat<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of change, release, and deployment management.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in testing and familiarity with tools like <strong>ServiceNow<\/strong> (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications and Knowledge:<ul><li><strong>ITIL V4<\/strong> Foundation certification.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Familiarity with European Commission systems is advantageous.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent <strong>English<\/strong> proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desired Qualities:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adaptability, analytical skills, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU-citizenship required<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re interested in this role, apply via e-mail: <strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@gemmaone.com\">jobs@gemmaone.com<\/a><\/strong> to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
