You will collaborate closely with our IT experts to understand intricate technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Description of tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reorganize Documentation library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create, review, and maintain high-quality technical documents, including templates, User Guides, SOPs, SDPs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplify complex technical information to ensure accessibility and ease of use for target audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit and revise documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, following established style guidelines and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess impact of changes, activities and Incidents on documentation and lead review and updates of impacted documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Format and structure documentation to improve readability and user-friendliness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular checks on documents to ensure compliance with content standards, terminology, and naming conventions, as well as accuracy and currency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare material training for internal users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide training and support to Front office and back-office agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance and assistance on documentation best practices and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform quality checks on activity deliverable (RFC, SOP, SDP, Project, \u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas of improvement and lead corrective actions by feedback and trainings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report specific quality control in coordination with quality team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review quality process based on results and lessons learned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in information technology, or related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of <strong>5 years<\/strong> of experience in <strong>IT Support Services or back-office activities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of <strong>3 years<\/strong> of experience with <strong>IT documentation tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience as trainer, quality coordinator or Knowledge coordinator is an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>IT terminology and concepts, facilitating quick comprehension of complex technical information<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in spoken and written <strong>English<\/strong> is required, <strong>French<\/strong> is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU-citizenship required<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re interested in this role, apply via e-mail: <strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@gemmaone.com\">jobs@gemmaone.com<\/a><\/strong> to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
