{"id":729,"date":"2024-12-17T17:48:41","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T16:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gemmaone.com\/?page_id=729"},"modified":"2024-12-17T17:48:42","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T16:48:42","slug":"team-lead-for-infra-support-strasbourg","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gemmaone.com\/pl\/team-lead-for-infra-support-strasbourg\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Lead for Infra Support\/ Strasbourg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TEAM LEAD for INFRA SUPPORT<\/strong><strong><br><br><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Type of employment: B2B CONTRACT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Location: France (Strasbourg)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Work model: <strong>ON SITE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Temporary employment: PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Your role:<\/strong>\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing the organization and operations of the infra team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting on activities and performance of the infra team to the LIA Service Desk Manager,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing training and knowledge transfer sessions with the infra team members,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing the staffing of the infra team according to utilization and capacity models,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing and maintaining the schedules and rosters for the infra team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining the internal procedures and work instructions of the infra team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manages the team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creates and maintains the shift planning and aligns it with the team members,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversees incident management and problem solving,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aligns with other teams and stakeholders, e.g. with project managers for resource allocation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts as escalation point for the infra team,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arranges site access for interventions in DCs of member states.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>5 years of professional experience<\/strong> in ICT domains as team lead infra or a comparable role;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity with \/ technical understanding of IT concepts for the domains listed below:<ul><li>Storage (<strong>HPE 3PAR, HPE Primera, HPE StoreOnce (backup), Veeam, Ceph<\/strong>),<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Virtualization (<strong>VMware<\/strong>),<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Operating Systems (<strong>RHEL, MS Windows<\/strong>),<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Physical Infrastructure (<strong>HPE iLO, rack management systems<\/strong>),<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Networking (<strong>Cisco ACI, switching, routing, firewalling, load balancing<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience with:<ul><li><strong>JIRA<\/strong>,<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ticketing tools<\/strong> (e.g. HPE SM9);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and demonstrated ability to work in complex environments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good writing skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work and act with good quality under time pressure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has excellent reporting and communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working experience with EU client or other public institution is an added value;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Languages: <strong>English<\/strong> proficient (CEFRL Level: Minimum C1);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor or University degree in IT or equivalent through relevant experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU citizenship;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EU Secret PSC is required for the function<\/strong>.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re interested in this role, apply via e-mail: <strong>jobs@gemmaone.com<\/strong> to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
